Exchanges & Returns
14-Day Reflection Period
After receiving your order, you can try the product. If it doesn’t meet your expectations, you can exercise your right of withdrawal. You have 14 days to return the product, starting from the day you received it.
Terms & Conditions
- No Final Sale: There are no final sale items. All products can be returned as long as they are undamaged and unopened.
- No Restocking Fee: We do not charge any fees for processing returns.
Return Procedure
- Notification (Important): Notify us by email or telephone within 14 days of receiving the product that you wish to return it.
- Return instructions: You will receive the necessary return information by email or telephone.
- Return label: Email us at info@aladinbeauty.nl and we will create a return label for you.
- Shipping: Please return the product to the address provided in the return instructions.
- Processing: After receipt, your order will be exchanged or your payment will be refunded within 14 days.
Return Costs
The cost of returning depends on the reason:

Exceptions
Certain products cannot be returned if the seal has been broken:
- Hair accessories and hairpieces (wigs, extensions, ponytails, braids).
- For opened hair and skin cosmetics, we may charge processing costs for the return.
Damaged or Incomplete Returns
If a product is returned damaged or incomplete, a partial refund may be issued or a charge may be applied. This will be determined in consultation with the customer.
