Complaints are handled through Aladin Beauty’s complaints procedure, and you will receive a response within 14 days of receipt. If more time is needed, you will first receive an acknowledgement and an expected timeline.

Once you notify Aladin Beauty that you want to withdraw, any refund will be made without delay and within 14 days. However, Aladin Beauty may wait until the returned product is received or until you provide proof of return, whichever comes first.
For warranty related issues, repair or replacement will be arranged after your claim is reviewed.

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. This withdrawal period starts on the day after you receive your product. If your order contains multiple items delivered separately, the period starts after you receive the last product.
Returned items must be sent back within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. Products should be returned with all accessories, if reasonably possible in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless Aladin Beauty states otherwise.
Please note that some products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal, such as custom made items, sealed hygiene products once opened, and other exclusions stated in the terms.

To initiate a return, please notify Aladin Beauty within the 14 day withdrawal period by completing the EU model withdrawal form or by sending a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from the purchase to info@aladinbeauty.nl.
Once your request has been submitted, the product must be returned within 14 days.

If you would like a different item, the safest policy based approach is to return the original item and place a new order.
